Picify offers free shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

All products are custom-made to order in our Sydney studio. Delivery and production timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the product, order volume and delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s network and any circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Local Pickup

If you are in Sydney, you may choose to collect your order from our Rosebery studio where this option is available at checkout.

Damaged or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@picify.com.au with your order details and photos of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
