Frequently Asked Question

We can print any image file as long as it has a high enough resolution – usually greater than xxxmb for a maximum xxx sized print. Today’s phone cameras, with their fun filter options, create excellent hi-res photos. However, any images can be easily uploaded from your computer as well, regardless of what camera created them. The main thing to remember is a blurry or low-quality file never looks better enlarged.

Of course you could, however we know that most people’s photo printing experiences are nightmares. Getting the picture’s size, aspect ratio and resolution right is hard if you’re not a computer whiz, not to mention the  disappointment of flimsy, rickety, mass-produced frames. At Picify, we’ll ensure the result is perfect and lasts for years to come

To share hi-res photos from a smartphone, it’s important to send them through apps like Airdrop, Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox instead of regular text (which compresses files down too small).

We genuinely custom-build each Picify frame and mount to last. So we don’t recommend you try pulling them apart – they’re extremely well put together and won’t like it very much.
